    • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
    • green onions.

Put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil. Add salt to the water. Boil the pasta until cooked. Then rinse them thoroughly under water. Put the butter in the pasta and mix.

Beat with a mixer 5 eggs until foamy. Then slowly pour the cream into the beaten eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Beat with a mixer until air mass is formed.

Cut the ham into thin strips or small cubes. Peel the onions and chop finely with a knife. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan. First put chopped onion, then ham and sauté over high heat until crusted. Peel the bell peppers. Cut into small cubes. Cover the tomato with boiling water. Use a sharp knife to peel it off. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater or chop in a blender.

Lubricate the refractory mold with a piece of butter. Put boiled pasta in it. Lay sliced ​​ham on top, then sweet pepper and diced tomato. Pour all the beaten eggs with cream. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dish in it for 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the mold and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for another 7 minutes.
