  • - sugar - 100 g;

  • - flour - 100 g;

  • - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.

  • Cream:

  • - sour cream 25% - 250 g;

  • - cream 33% - 100 g;

  • - sugar - 100 g;

  • - gelatin - 1 tablespoon;

  • - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;

  • - lemon jelly - 2 sachets.

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. The first combine in a separate bowl with simple and vanilla sugars. Beat the resulting mixture. Then enter the egg yolks, but only gradually, and not all at once. Sift flour and pour in the same small portions. When adding these ingredients, do not forget to continuously interfere with the mass. The dough for the future biscuit is ready.

In the baking dish, put the resulting dough and send it to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until fully cooked. Then divide the pastries into 2 identical cakes.

Transfer gelatin into a separate cup and fill with 5 tablespoons of water. While it swells, combine sour cream with sugar and beat until the mixture begins to thicken. In a free plate, place the cream and whisk too. Then add them to the sugar-sour cream mass. Dissolve the swollen gelatin by heating on a stove, and enter it along with lemon juice there. Mix everything thoroughly.

Sponge cakes thoroughly soak in lemon water. Then one of them is placed in a baking dish and put on it half the gelatin mass. Cover it with a second cake and brush with the rest of the cream. In this form, send it to the cold for about 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, make lemon jelly. Make it according to the instructions and cool.
