Rabbit meat is an ideal dietary meat from which you can cook simple, but very tasty dishes. The most common recipe is a fried rabbit in wine with garlic sauce.

You will need
- - a rabbit weighing 1.5 kg, cut into pieces;
- - head of garlic;
- - 200 ml of white wine;
- - 150 ml of olive oil;
- - a sprig of fresh thyme;
- - salt and pepper.

Slices of the rabbit need to salt and pepper, remove to the side.

Peel 8-10 cloves of garlic and slightly press down with a knife so that during frying the whole flavor of garlic is transferred to the oil.

Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat, fry the garlic on it for 5-6 minutes. In no case should it burn.

We take out the garlic, increase the heat and fry each piece of the rabbit until golden brown.

Pour the wine and simmer the rabbit for 5 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.

Return the garlic to the pan, add a sprig of thyme, close the lid and simmer the meat over low heat for 20 minutes.

The finished dish can be served with almost any side dish - rice, vegetables or potatoes.
