- - 120 g butter

- - 3 eggs
- - 300 granulated sugar
- - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- - 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- To decorate:
- - 30 g of coffee beans

Sift the soda with flour through a sieve. Rub the softened butter with sugar and eggs until a foam forms. Add cocoa, salt and combine everything with flour. Knead the dough, wrap it with foil and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

We lay out the cooled dough on a table sprinkled with flour, roll it into a layer 1 - 1.5 cm thick and cut it out with the help of a mug.

We spread the cookies on a greased baking sheet and put two coffee beans on each of them. We send everything to a preheated oven to 200-230 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
