Recipe 1. "Braised cabbage with potatoes."

• Wash and dry the cabbage. Chop it into small strips. To do this, it is convenient to use a special vegetable knife: • Pour oil into a pan and put chopped cabbage. Fry the cabbage, over low heat, stirring occasionally until the volume decreases by 2 times (no need to add water, the cabbage itself will give juice). When the cabbage is ready to change its color, it will turn golden. • Cut the meat into small pieces. • Cut the onions into rings. • In a separate pan, fry the meat with onions. When the meat is ready, add tomato paste to it and fry for another 5-7 minutes stirring vigorously. • As soon as the cabbage is reduced in volume, add the overcooked meat with onion and tomato paste. Mix everything well, salt and fry for another 30 minutes until the cabbage is tender and soft. • Peel and boil the potatoes (do not cut the potato tuber). Chop the greens. • When the potatoes are boiled, drain the water, add butter and chopped greens to it.. Mix everything and cover. • Put the cabbage on a plate, lay the potatoes around. It turns out very appetizing and tasty.

• Finely chop the pork • Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the onions into half rings. • Fry the vegetables until half cooked. • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small slices. • Put about 30 g of butter on the bottom of each pot. • Next, put the meat. Salt, pepper if desired. • Put the cabbage in the next layer. • Then lay the potatoes. Salt. • Put passivated vegetables on top of potatoes. • Pour 50 ml of milk into each pot. Put mayonnaise on the top (it can be replaced with sour cream). • Cover each pot with a lid and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
