First of all, you need to prepare potatoes. First peel it and rinse it off. Grate 500 g (half of all potatoes) on a coarse grater, and grate the remaining 500 g on a fine grater. Then put all the grated potatoes in a bowl, add salt and mix well.

After that, peel the onions and carrots and chop them by chopping with a knife. Including carrots can be grated on a medium grater. Put the minced meat in a separate cup, add the chicken egg, chopped carrots and onions, as well as ground black pepper, salt and mix everything.

Now we will form zrazy. Take a small part of the potato mass (so that it fits in the palm of your hand), squeeze it from the liquid and flatten it a little, so that it takes the form of a cake.

Put a little minced meat on top, evenly distribute it on a potato cake, and then again cover with potatoes, which also need to be squeezed from the liquid.
