Quick sour cream

The easiest way to cook icing for ready-made muffins. This will require the following ingredients:

- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fat sour cream and milk.

Sugar must first be sieved, then mix it with sour cream. Gently pour in milk. The finished glaze turns out to be liquidish - it will not only cover the pastries, but also lightly soak them. A good option for dry cupcakes.

Sour cream icing

This glaze can be called universal, it is suitable for any sweet pastries. The simplicity of its preparation is simply amazing: you do not need to cook, heat, cut or rub anything.

Ingredients:

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream (it is better to take oily);

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice.

Sugar powder must first be sieved so that there are no lumps left. Then mix it with sour cream until smooth. Next, a small amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice is added to the mixture. If desired, you can add a little lemon zest to the finished glaze, after rubbing it on a fine grater. It remains to cover the cupcake or cake with the finished glaze from sour cream.

Chocolate icing on sour cream

Chocolate icing always looks beautiful and appetizing on pastries. Vanilla extract will add a pleasant aroma to it.

Ingredients:

- a glass of powdered sugar;

- 125 g sour cream;

- 120 g of dark chocolate;

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, butter;

- 1 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of corn syrup.

In the preparation of chocolate icing is also nothing complicated. First, black chocolate must be crushed in a saucepan, put in a water bath and melt along with a piece of butter. Stir in the chocolate and butter to make a homogeneous dark mass. Next, corn syrup and vanilla extract are added to the chocolate. After that, the icing should cool slightly.

Sour cream is whipped until completely homogeneous with a glass of icing sugar. Then the sour cream is mixed in portions with melted chocolate. Then it’s the little thing: cover the finished muffins or cake with chocolate cream.
