You will need
- - 5-6 pcs. turnips;
- - 300 g of porcini mushrooms;
- - 1 onion;
- - 50 g of butter;
- - 50 g of flour;
- - 1 egg;

Instruction manual
1
Cool hard-boiled egg, peel and finely chop.
2
Peel the turnips, salt them, and then cook them. As the turnip is ready, drain the water, cut 1 cm from the top of the turnip. Next, without hooking the edges, remove all the flesh with a teaspoon.
3
Finely chop the onions and mushrooms, then fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4
Transfer the resulting frying to a bowl and add about 3 tablespoons of ground crackers, finely chopped egg and greens.
5
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and fill the resulting mass with turnips.
With the top cut off earlier, cover the hole in the turnip. Then grease the turnip with whipped protein or egg and roll in ground breadcrumbs.
6
Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put the turnips there. Add 1-2 cm of water and bake in the oven until cooked.
