To prepare it, you need to grind a couple of glasses of washed strawberries without stalks together with 300 g of sugar in a blender (or on a small-sized harvester).

Separately, beat 3 cups of fat cream until a dense state. And in one separate container beat the whites of three chicken eggs with three hundred grams of sugar. After that, first mix the cream and strawberries, and then add the proteins to them. Arrange the resulting pinkish and aromatic mousse in a bowl and before serving, send to the refrigerator.

For lovers of sweeter and more nutritious desserts, there is an option with the addition of condensed milk and bananas. For such a treat, it is necessary to make banana-strawberry puree (amount "per eye") in a blender. And whisk separately 2 cups cream and a half can of boiled condensed milk. The longer it whips, the easier the dessert will be. After it remains only in glasses or glasses to lay out mashed potatoes and cream in layers, starting with the cream. Top with syrup, sprinkle with vanilla powder or pour a few drops of cherry liquor.

More difficult to prepare is a traditional Spanish dessert. For him it is necessary:

- 350-400 g of ripe strawberries;

- 150 ml cream with a fat content of over 25%;

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of white sugar;

- 4 plates of gelatin.

Gelatin is soaked in cold water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, washed and dried strawberries without branches are sent to a blender. And the resulting slurry is still ground through a fine sieve to separate the seeds. By the way, several berries must be left intact: for decoration. As many servings as possible.

Then, the soaked gelatin must be added to boiling water (approximately 4 tablespoons). Stir until completely dissolved, and then pour the mixture into grated strawberries. After you need to whip the cream with sugar and gently combine them with the strawberry mass. Now the future dessert is poured into bowls or tins (silicone cupcakes are best suited) and sent to the refrigerator for 4 hours, until completely frozen. When serving, the forms are turned over. And such a peculiar jelly is decorated with halves of the remaining berries and mint leaves. You can also add a slide of whipped cream.

To enjoy the taste of strawberries with cream, it is not necessary to come up with delights and waste time in the kitchen. You can whip up a five-minute powder cream for a cake together with regular milk or cream and mix with berries. For fans of "restaurant" serving there are cans with whipped cream, a slide of which you can decorate fresh large berries in any dish pleasing to the eye. And you can add grated chocolate, toppings, and even lemon zest for the originality of taste. The main thing is that inspiration is combined with the ability to enjoy the cooked dessert.
