You will need
- - 4 strips of bacon;
- - a small onion;
- - The average head of cauliflower;
- - 15 ml of water;
- - 150 g of any frozen vegetables (to taste);
- - 15 ml of fish sauce (can be replaced with soy sauce).

Cut the bacon into small pieces, chop the onion, rub the cauliflower on a very large grater.

In a frying pan (or wok) over medium heat, fry the bacon until crisp, add the onion to it. Fry, stirring until onion is clear.

Increase the heat to the maximum, add grated cauliflower to the pan. Fry, stirring quickly, for a minute. Pour water and pour vegetables into the pan (without defrosting them), mix, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 3-4 minutes.

In the finished dish, add fish or soy sauce, mix, taste and, if desired, salt and pepper.
