- - 115 g flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 115 g butter;
- - 115 g of sugar;

Lining muffin molds with special cuffs or grease with oil. If you bake in silicone, it will be enough just to sprinkle them with water. Set the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

Sift flour into a bowl with baking powder. Add chopped tea and mix.

Beat softened butter with a mixer in a lush cream with added sugar. Beat eggs one at a time. Continuing to beat, add half of the flour mixture and all the sour cream, mix thoroughly and add the remaining flour. Stir quickly until the ingredients are combined so that the cupcakes are not tough.

Lay out the dough in tins and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
