Instruction manual
1
Chop the butter into small cubes. Also come with chocolate. Put both ingredients in a small saucepan, put in a water bath and melt. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
2
Meanwhile, break the eggs into the bowl of the food processor, add sugar and beat for 3 minutes at high speed.
3
Put the oven up to 180 degrees and cover the shape with 15x15 cm baking paper (it will be easier to get the finished product).
4
Having reduced the speed of the mixer, add butter-chocolate to the egg-sugar mixture and add berry liquor. Mix for about a minute.
5
Pour dry ingredients into the bowl: flour and baking powder. Mix again until smooth.
6
Already by hand, carefully, so as not to turn the berries into mashed potatoes, add half of them to the dough.
7
Pour the dough into a mold. Spread the remaining berries on top and gently squeeze them with a spoon into the chocolate mass. Put in the oven for 40 minutes.
8
Let the finished dessert cool for 3 hours, then cut into portions and serve!
