  • - 115 g butter;

  • - 100 g of thick sour cream;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 200 g of sugar;

  • - 50 g of cocoa powder;

  • - 2 tbsp vanilla sugar;

  • - 0.5 tsp baking powder;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - 200 g shortbread cookies.
  • Sauce:

  • - 100 ml of strong coffee;

  • - 70 g of sugar;

  • - 40 g of butter;

  • - 40 g of dark chocolate;

  • - 2 tsp cocoa powder.

Instruction manual

1

Let's start by making the sauce. Chocolate pre-smash into pieces. In a small stewpan, boil water with sugar and cocoa. Once the liquid has begun to boil, in one fell swoop, pour butter and chocolate into it and carefully place until smooth. Set aside to cool.

2

Milking the Brownies in one bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder.

3

Melt the butter, let it cool slightly and beat with two kinds of sugar until airy. Then add eggs one at a time, each time whipping until splendid.

4

Pour dry and beat to the liquid ingredients. Add sour cream, mix thoroughly.

5

The oven should be heated to 190 degrees, and the shape of 20x20 cm should be greased with oil or covered with baking paper. Put a layer of cookies on the bottom, dough on it. Repeat the layers again and send to the oven for half an hour. Ready dessert completely cool and cut into portions. Serve by pouring coffee sauce.
