You will need

    • 500 g of minced meat;
    • 3 onions;
    • 400 g of mushrooms;
    • 500 g of water for the broth;
    • 3-4 tablespoons of flour;
    • 15 g butter;
    • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Instruction manual

1

In a meat grinder, twist the meat or take the minced meat. Finely chop the onion and add it to the chopped meat. Stuff the minced meat well, add salt and pepper, put it in the refrigerator to brew.

2

Cut the mushrooms and boil them in salted water. Soak dry mushrooms. Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes, the remaining mushrooms for about half an hour. Pour the mushroom broth into a separate container to use it later in the preparation of the sauce.

3

Chop onions into thin strips. Spasser the onion until golden brown. Add a spoonful of water to the pan and simmer for several minutes.

4

With wet hands, form the meatballs from the minced meat, roll them in flour on all sides. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cue ball in a rural way on both sides for several minutes. The resulting golden crust will allow the meatballs to maintain their shape during the process of stewing or baking.

5

Make mushroom sauce to prepare the cue ball in a rural way tender and juicy. Melt the butter in a pan. Add flour and passer until golden brown, stirring continuously.

6

Pour mushroom broth into flour in a thin stream. Stir the sauce constantly so that it does not stick during thickening. Add tomato paste, a few peas of pepper and bay leaf.

7

You can cook cue ball in the countryside both in the oven and on the stove. On the bottom of the saucepan or baking dish lay in layers half of the sautéed onion and boiled mushrooms. Put the cue ball, add the remaining onion and mushrooms on top. Pour the ingredients into the prepared sauce.

8

Cover the stewpan and simmer the cue ball for 40 minutes over low heat. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and simmer the dish for 20 minutes. Garnish the prepared cues in a rural way with boiled potatoes and pour mushroom sauce.
