    • 1/2 cup meat broth;
    • 1 tsp wheat flour.
    • 2 tbsp. l chopped greens of dill;
    • 1 bay leaf;
    • ground black pepper;
    • salt.
    • "Quick" lamb skewers:
    • 1 kg fillet of a young lamb;
    • 1.5 kg of onions;
    • 100-200 ml of dry white wine;
    • salt
    • pepper.
    • For "quick" lamb for dinner:
    • 600 g of lamb-loin;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • pepper mixture
    • salt;
    • vegetable oil.

"Quick" mutton pie

Prepare the dough: mix flour, starch, baking soda and salt, add 3 eggs, sour cream or kefir, mayonnaise, knead the dough (by consistency, it should resemble sour cream).

Finely chop the lamb pulp, parsley root and carrots grate on a coarse grater, chop onions and mushrooms. Fry lamb quickly with a mixture of vegetable and butter. Put vegetables and mushrooms, fry all together for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the broth, salt, pepper and simmer until almost done.

Dilute the flour with part of the broth, add to the mutton with vegetables, then bay leaf, herbs and stew until cooked. Make the beginning juicy, but thick enough, so if there is a lot of liquid, then the filling must be boiled.

Lubricate the mold (baking sheet), put half the dough, then the filling and the remaining dough. Bake the cake for 35–40 minutes at 230 ° C.

"Quick" lamb skewers

Clean the veins and films of the young lamb fillet, cut into slices of 80-100 g. Pass the onions through the meat grinder, marinate the meat in the resulting onion gruel, add salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly and marinate for 2 hours.

Wash off the onions without soaking the meat quickly and accurately. Lower the meat on skewers and fry on the grill, sprinkling with a mixture of water and white dry wine in a 1: 1 ratio.

"Fast" lamb for dinner

Wash and dry the meat, heat the pan without oil, put the meat on it and evaporate all the liquid. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and fry until tender, periodically turning over (fry 3-4 minutes on each side). Before turning the loin over to the other side, salt and pepper, then salt and pepper the other side.
