Rinse the pork thoroughly, peel off the film and peel it. Cut the meat into medium pieces. Rinse onions, peel, cut into half rings and fry in a pan, pre-add vegetable oil. Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Fry it in a separate frying pan until golden brown.

Mix potatoes, meat with onions, grated cucumbers and tomato paste (dilute in water before adding). Put everything in a deep frying pan, pour water so that it covers all the components. Add salt and pepper. Cook the basics over medium heat until the potatoes are completely soft. Sprinkle the resulting dish with chopped herbs and chopped garlic.

Potted pork homemade azu

products:

- 530 g of pork pulp;

- 7 potatoes;

- 3 pickles;

- 3 heads of onions;

- 3 bay leaves;

- 3 pcs. garlic

- some vegetable oil;

- 520 g of tomatoes in their own juice;

- pepper and salt to your taste.

Rinse the pork pulp, cut into strips, peel the onion, cut into half rings. Fry the onion in a pan until transparent, then add the pork, cook for about 6 minutes. Fry the potatoes in a separate frying pan, season it with pepper and salt. Cut pickles or grate on medium grater.

Pass the tomatoes with the juice through a meat grinder. Pour vegetable oil at the bottom of the pot and put the prepared ingredients there. First lay out the cucumbers, the next layer of meat with onions and potatoes. In each pot, put on a bay leaf and one chopped garlic. Pour the whole contents of the pots with tomato puree, place in the oven preheated to 190 ° C, cook for 30 minutes.
