- - watermelon - 1 pc.
- - lemons - 2 pcs.
- - fresh mint (bunch) - 1 pc.
- - sugar syrup - 1/4 tbsp.

Prepare all the ingredients for sorbet. Syrup can be used ready-made or boiled from water with sugar to your taste.

Rinse and cut the watermelon. Choose from the pulp of the bone, cut it into pieces.

Pieces of watermelon put in a blender.

Add syrup to the blender.

Cut the lemon in half. We need juice. Squeeze out. Choose the bones. Pour lemon juice into a blender as well.

Rinse the mint and add to the blender.

Beat everything until smooth.

The mass whipped in a blender can be put in an ice cream maker. If you don’t have one, then freeze pieces of watermelon (before whipping them in a blender).

Put sorbet from watermelon in a bowl, garnish with a leaf of mint.
