This is a colorful and low-calorie chicken recipe. In my opinion, this dish does not need a side dish, sweet pepper is enough.

You will need:
- chicken breast - 600 g;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- large bell peppers (red and yellow) - 3 pcs.;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.;
- honey - 2 tbsp. l.;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- ground pepper - to taste.
Rinse the chicken breast well in cold water, cut into cubes, pepper a little. Peel, chop, mix the garlic with soy sauce and honey. Dip the chicken fillet in the resulting mixture, cover and leave for 20 minutes. You do not need to salt it, just soy sauce for taste.
Fry the marinated fillet in olive oil over high heat until golden brown - 5 minutes on all sides. Wash sweet peppers, core, cut into cubes.
Add to chicken breast, reduce heat and simmer under the lid for another 10 minutes until cooked, stirring occasionally. The main thing is not to dry, the meat should be juicy. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
Canned pineapples, diced, can be added to sweet pepper - the taste of the dish is very unusual.
