You will need

    • pasta;
    • 500-700 g of minced meat (meat);
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 onion head;
    • 4 tomatoes;
    • 4 tbsp. l tomato paste;
    • 5 tbsp. l olive mala;
    • 0.5 cups of dry wine;
    • 200 g of cheese.

Instruction manual

1

Choose the pasta you want to stuff. You can use agnolotti - pasta, which is a large snail, or cannelloni - quite long tubes of large (about 2 cm) diameter.

2

There are two ways to stuff pasta. You can lightly boil them in boiling water first, or you can stuff raw pasta. In the second case, their baking time will increase. Typically, these products are stuffed with meat or any other stuffing. Try the following recipe.

3

pork, beef, pork-beef or minced chicken.

4

Make the sauce. Pour olive oil into a deep pan. Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic and cut into thin slices. Fry until a pleasant aroma appears. Catch the garlic with a slotted spoon and discard.

5

Peel the onion head. Cut it into thin rings. Fry in oil with constant stirring until translucent.

6

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel and cut into small cubes. Add to the pan with tomato paste. Mix well.

7

Pour dry wine into the sauce. Both white and red will do. Add to your taste spices: dried basil, black pepper, oregano and salt. Close the pan with a lid and make a slow fire. Fry for an hour, until about a third of the sauce is cooked.

8

Sauté the minced meat in olive oil until tender. Salt to taste. Stuff each pasta with minced meat. Gently fold them into a baking dish and pour in the sauce. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.

9

Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle the cooked pasta with cheese before serving. Bon Appetit.

note

Try to boil canneloni or anyolotti until tender in salted water, cool and fill with any salad. Serve as a snack.

Useful advice

It is better to use Parmesan cheese as a topping for this dish, but any other hard cheese is also suitable.
