You will need

  • - 500 g of cherry tomatoes;

  • - 20 pieces of black pepper;

  • - 20 pieces of coriander;

  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - greens (dill, cloves, horseradish, cherry or currant leaves) - to taste;

  • - bay leaf - to taste;

  • - 2 tablespoons of vinegar (9%);

  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;

  • - 2 tablespoons of salt;

  • - 1 teaspoon of honey.

Instruction manual

1

Select beautiful and fresh cherry tomatoes without rot or bruising. Remove soft and crushed cherry. Separate the tomatoes from the stalks, rinse slightly in cold water and chop each tomato with a fork. It is necessary to pierce the tomatoes so that they do not crack during the pickling process.

2

Put the tomatoes in a small pot or any other container that you use to pickle vegetables.

3

Prepare the spices for the marinade: garlic, black pepper, coriander and herbs to your taste. Garlic must be peeled and 2 heads grated on a coarse grater. You should get about 2 tablespoons of grated garlic. As greens, you can add small dill umbrellas, currant leaves, cherries, bay leaves, cloves, horseradish, etc. to the marinade. Cherry is very tasty and has a wonderful aroma, and an unusual marinade will also give them a special touch.

4

Add prepared spices to the pan of cherry tomatoes.

5

Pour boiling water into a separate bowl and dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt and granulated sugar. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and spices and leave the marinade to cool completely in the natural way.

6

After the marinade has cooled, drain it into a separate container. Bring the marinade to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar, mix until the honey is completely dissolved. Add vinegar follows from the calculation: 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar per 1 liter of liquid.

7

Sterilize a jar for laying tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes are beautifully laid out in a jar. Fill the jar with tomatoes almost to the very top, leaving a small place for greens, fill with marinade. Turn the jar of cherry over, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. Garlic shavings will first be at the bottom of the jar, but after complete cooling will rise up.

8

Only after the jar of cherry has completely cooled down, put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. In a few days, the cherry is fully marinated.
