Divide the garlic into cloves, peel them and rinse in running water. Put the garlic in a colander and scald with boiling water. Separately, mix honey, lemon juice, sour cream, salt and pepper in a cup. Pour the prepared honey mixture into the pan, add the garlic, put on a slow fire. After boiling, cook for 3 minutes. Then put the garlic and marinade in a glass jar and close the lid tightly. Put in the refrigerator and use as necessary. Optionally, add dill, sage, spices or oregano to the pickled garlic.

Peel fresh cloves of garlic and rinse with running water. Throw in a colander, pour over boiling water, then cool. Separately prepare the brine. To do this, pour water into the pan, add sugar and salt. Put on fire. After boiling, cook for 2 minutes, then cool slightly and add vinegar. Place the garlic cloves in a sterilized jar and pour the prepared marinade. Close the lid tightly or roll up and put in a cool place. After a few hours, the garlic will be ready to eat.

Pour the garlic with the resulting marinade. Close the jar with a lid and place in a cool place.
