- - cottage cheese - 400 g;
- - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- - lemon peel - 1/2 teaspoon;

Pour milk into the breadmaker container, salt it, add sugar, softened butter, 1 egg and 1 egg white. Pour in flour mixed with dry yeast.

Put the container in the bread machine and select the "Yeast Dough" mode. Press the start button.

While the dough is kneading in the bread machine, prepare the filling for the cheesecakes. Pound the cottage cheese with 1 egg and sugar until smooth. Add the zest and mix again.

After the dough comes up, take it out of the container, remove the blades. Divide the mass into equal pieces, from which roll the balls on a floured work surface. Flatten each of the balls into a cake. With the bottom of the glass, press the dough in the center of the juicer and put the curd filling in the resulting hole.

Separate the yolk from the protein. Beat it with a little water and brush the edges of the cheesecakes with this mixture to make them rosy.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put cheesecakes on it. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until they turn golden, it takes about 30 minutes.
