Cooking the dough for the cake. In a bowl, for five minutes, beat the sugar along with the eggs with salt and vanilla. Add milk and vegetable oil to the whipped mass. Mix and add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well (you can beat with a whisk) until smooth. You should get a dough that resembles a thick sour cream.

Lubricate the mold with a piece of butter and pour our dough into it, smooth it well and bake in the oven at 180 degrees 35 minutes. The sponge cake can be checked with a toothpick, if ready, it will be dry. Cut the baked biscuit into two layers.

Cooking cream for the cake. In a volumetric bowl, beat the ingredients for the cream well. We should get a homogeneous mass, in which we add 7 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix well.
