    • - 350 ml of water;
    • - 6 tbsp. l liquid honey;
    • - 1 lime;
    • - 3 tbsp. l lemon zest;
    • - 2 tsp starch;
    • - 5 tbsp. l olive oil;
    • - 0.5 tsp salts;
    • - 300 g of pear jam;
    • - 150 g chopped walnuts;
    • - 20 g of chopped almonds and cashews.

Shortcrust tart with pear jam Melt margarine or butter. Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Stir sugar, vanillin, butter, and eggs thoroughly until smooth. Pour the flour gradually and knead the dough not too steep. Divide it into 2 unequal parts.

Place a smaller portion of the dough for 1 hour in the freezer. Roll out the rest and evenly distribute on a baking sheet or pan. Put a layer of pear jam on the dough and smooth with a spoon. Wipe the frozen portion of the dough on a coarse grater on top of the filling. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake a shortbread cake for about 20-25 minutes.

Walnut pie with pear jam Dissolve in warm water 1 tbsp. l sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and 1 tbsp. l flour. Add the yeast, stir and leave the dough for 15 minutes in a warm place. Combine the sifted flour, sugar, lemon zest, and olive oil. Pour in yeast water and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Lubricate the dough evenly with the filling, sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with strips of dough. Lubricate exposed dough with melted honey.
