You will need

  • - 200 g of wheat flour;

  • - 125 g of butter;

  • - 50 g of cocoa powder;

  • - 4 tbsp. l Sahara;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 0.5 tsp vanillin;

  • - baking powder for dough on the tip of a knife;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - concentrated milk;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - glaze;

  • - forms in the form of hares or patterns of paper.

Instruction manual

1

Sift flour through a sieve and combine with a baking powder for dough. Then mix it with butter to form small crumbs.

2

Add sugar, cocoa, salt and an egg to the flour, mix the ingredients until smooth and knead the dough. Wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3

Roll the dough into a layer with a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm. Using a hare shape, cut out cookies from the dough. If you don’t have such a form, use a pre-prepared paper template. Attach it to the dough and use a sharp knife to cut a shape on it.

4

In a separate cup, mix 4 tbsp. concentrated milk and 1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil. Coat the surface of the cookie with this mixture, then carefully remove it from the cutting board and transfer to a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

5

Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes in an oven heated to 200 ° C. Remove the finished products from the pan and cool.

6

With multicolored glaze, draw hares with eyes, noses, antennae. You can dress them in clothes, give them a carrot. Making Easter hares depends on your imagination.
