  • - milk - 50 ml;

  • - water - 300 ml;

  • - dry yeast - 2 teaspoons;

  • - butter - 5 tablespoons;

  • - egg - 1 pc.;

  • - jam - 200 g.

Instruction manual

1

Put flour in a container, pour milk and warm water, add 3 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 egg, dry yeast and salt. Set the mode to "Dough" or "Yeast dough." After 3.5 hours, the mass will be ready.

2

Remove the finished dough from the container and cover with cling film. Leave it for about half an hour to come up, and proceed to the formation of croissants.

3

Roll the mass into a layer, roll it in half and roll again, do the same 3-4 times, while after each rolling, grease the sheet with softened butter and leave for 10 minutes. After you roll out the dough for the last time, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4

Roll the dough into a thin layer again, cut it into triangles. Put a spoonful of thick jam on the dough and roll the triangles into tubes, starting from the wide edge.

5

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper for baking, put croissants on it. Beat the egg lightly and grease the surface of the buns. Place the pan in the oven and bake the croissants with jam until cooked.
