Cherry Pie. Pound the flour and butter until smooth. Add grated orange peel, yolk, sugar and water to it. Mix everything well.

Sprinkle flour on the table, mash the dough on it a little and roll it into a ball. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Roll half of the dough into a layer, put it on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, or covered with baking paper.

Spread the cherry evenly over the dough without thawing it.

Mix starch and powdered sugar. Sift the mixture into the cherry through a strainer. Sugar will give the filling the necessary sweetness, and starch will not let cherry juice flow.
