Pour water into a saucepan, add a little salt and bring to a boil. After the water boils, put a ham in it and cook it until cooked. Rinse it well in advance. While the ham is cooked, prepare a deep plate on which you will spread the salad. Remove the finished ham from the pan, let it drain and cool. Then finely chop it or tear with your hands into small pieces. Put the meat on the bottom of the plate and grease it with mayonnaise on top.

After that, peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the mushrooms and, together with the onions, send to the pan. Sauté them in a small amount of refined sunflower oil. Salt a little bit and do not forget to stir occasionally. The onion should turn out to be slightly golden. Then cool everything and put on a plate. Now you have a second layer of salad. Do not forget to grease it with mayonnaise.

Now peel the carrots and rub it on a coarse grater. Fry in a small amount of sunflower oil so that the salad does not turn out to be greasy. Salt and fry for fifteen to twenty minutes until the carrots are tender. While carrots are fried, boil the eggs. Rub boiled proteins on a fine grater and mix with cooled carrots. Put everything on a plate again. You got the third, last layer of salad. Lubricate it well with mayonnaise and sprinkle grated yolks on top.

Then open a jar of olives and get ten to twenty pieces. Cut them lengthwise into several pieces and stick them in the salad so that they are upside down with the black back. After that, open the packet of chips and lay out two layers in a checkerboard pattern on the edge of the plate. Try to spread only whole chips, broken lines will ruin the whole beauty of your salad. Now there is a real "sunflower" on the table. The salad is very tasty, tender and will not leave anyone indifferent.
