Cook the dumplings in salt water, add bay leaf and black pepper. Put the dumplings on a large plate or dish so that they are slightly dry and cool. Cut the tomato into circles. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Gently spread the dumplings into four pots in layers, pouring them with cheese. Spread the tomatoes on top, sprinkle with plenty of cheese, dill and parsley. Pour the entire contents of the pot with sunflower oil - one tablespoon for each pot.

In a preheated oven to 220 degrees, put the pots and bake for 10 minutes.
