Rinse the chicken wings under a stream of cold water. Carefully inspect them: sometimes there are feathers on the wings that were not removed during factory processing. If necessary, remove the feathers.

Put a pot of water on the fire. Select the volume of the pan based on the number of chicken wings taken for cooking. Bring water to a boil, salt.

Put the wings in boiling salt water. Bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat. Remove the foam at the edges of the pan with a tablespoon.

Add peppercorns to the chicken wings, peppercorns, bay leaf. Peel onions and carrots, cut into large pieces (into 4 parts), dip in a pan. Simmer the wings until cooked, about 20-30 minutes.

Take the chicken wings from the broth onto a plate, cool them slightly.

Cook two flat plates. Pour flour on one, and breadcrumbs on the other. Beat the egg in a deep bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Roll chicken wings in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Gently place the wings in a pan in hot vegetable oil. Do not burn yourself! Fry on both sides until golden brown.
