    • - milk - 375 g;
    • - fresh yeast - 30 g;
    • - butter - 150 g;
    • - granulated sugar - 200 g;
    • - lemon peel - 4 tbsp. l.;
    • - egg yolks - 4 pcs;
    • - salt - to taste;
    • - flour - 3 glasses;
    • - poppy - 150 g;
    • - honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
    • - cinnamon - 1 tsp;
    • - chocolate chips - 20 g.
