You will need
- For 1 glass:
- -1 cup spinach leaves (can be replaced with parsley)
- -1 banana
- -1/2 oranges (peeled)
- -1/4 cup low fat yogurt
- -1/4 cup of water or milk
- - 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey

Cut the spinach, bananas and orange into medium slices. Shuffle them in a blender.

Add yogurt, milk and a teaspoon of honey. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous. If necessary, add a couple more tablespoons of honey.

You can drink your smoothie right away or freeze it in the freezer. Do not worry, it will retain all its useful properties. Bon Appetit!

-You can add a few more fruits (so the taste of the cocktail will turn out to be more saturated)
-Honey can be replaced with sugar powder or powdered
