Charlotte with cherries - a sweet cake, very tasty and incredibly easy to prepare. Charlotte has long been a favorite dish of housewives, as it is cooked in a hurry, the filling is used in a variety of ways, and the result is invariably delicious!

- - sugar - 1 cup
- - flour - 1 cup
- - baking powder - 0.5 teaspoon
- - butter - 20 g
- - pitted cherries - 1 glass
- - vanillin

Beat eggs thoroughly in a bowl with sugar, then add flour, baking powder, vanilla on the tip of the knife and stir well again. You can do this in a mixer. The resulting dough should be the consistency of thick sour cream.

Grease a wide form with butter and lightly powder with flour. Put fresh or thawed cherries in the mold, and pour the dough on top. Cherry can be added immediately to the bowl with the dough and mix.

Bake cherry charlotte in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden toothpick: if the dough does not stick to it, the charlotte with cherries is ready!

If the top of the charlotte is already sufficiently browned, and the middle is still damp, cover the form with foil. A baking dish is best used silicone.
Useful advice
Instead of cherries in a charlotte, you can use plums, cut into quarters, chopped oranges, peaches, pears, pieces of canned pineapples, raisins, blueberries, strawberries, chopped walnuts, almonds, slices of tangerines. Ready charlotte can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
