If honey was collected on time, and not earlier than the due date, if it was made without unnecessary additives, then such honey can be stored for a very long time. Amateur beekeepers who themselves breed bees believe that honey can stand indefinitely.
Perhaps this is so. But over time, even high-quality honey begins to lose its beneficial properties, for which it is so appreciated.
