You will need

  • - flour - 450 g;

  • - sugar - 1 tsp;

  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - hard cheese - 150 g;

  • - champignons - 500 g;

  • - onions - 2 heads;

  • - soy sauce - 2 tsp;

  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;

  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Cooking dough. Beat 2 eggs with salt and sugar. Add 1.5 cups of warm water, mix. Pour flour into a slide, make a depression in the center. Pour water with sugar, salt and eggs into the recess. Knead the dough. The dough should be cool. Knead until bubbles appear. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and place in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Cooking toppings. Dice the onions and mushrooms. Fry the onion in vegetable oil first until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry all together until tender. Salt, pepper, season with soy sauce, mix and cool. The filling is ready.

Grate the cheese. Roll out the dough in a very thin layer (1-2 mm). Put mushrooms with onions on the dough, distribute evenly, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Gently roll the roll and lay it seam down on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate the strudel with yolk. Bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

Useful advice

You can cook strudel in a slow cooker. To do this, put the roll in the multicooker bowl (you can turn it into a spiral) and bake for 40 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
