You will need
- - 65 g of small rice;
- - 25 g of sugar;
- - 0.25 tsp nutmeg;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- - 100 g of dough fila;
- - 100 g of honey;
- - Olive oil for frying and greasing pies.

Boil rice until cooked and cool completely. Mix with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Thaw the filo dough completely (otherwise the sheets will tear) and unfold. Separate 3 sheets and stack on top of each other. Measure 5 cm in width and cut off a strip with scissors, and cover the rest of the dough with a towel, otherwise it will dry.

Grease a strip of olive oil well. On the edge of the strip, put a spoonful of filling and roll into a triangle. Repeat the procedure until the dough is over.
