To prepare the meat, it is best to use a blender. Cut the chicken fillet smaller, put in a blender and chop, add the same garlic. Pour in continuous whipping cream, then add egg whites to the mass. Now the turn of beetroot juice and spices. All this is properly mixed together, then the cooked minced meat is laid out on a foil sheet.

Roll the foil with the minced meat into the roller, wrap the edges as if it were a candy wrapper. Give the sausage an oblong shape. Now put it in a plastic bag, tie it as tight as possible. For reliability, you can tie another package on top.

Pour water into the pan, put the sausage in the bag and turn on the heat. In low heat, boil for about half an hour (if the ingredients were taken in larger quantities, the cooking time should be increased). It is necessary to cool the sausage without removing it from the foil. Sandwiches with it turn out delicious and satisfying.
