You will need

  • - 10 tomatoes;

  • - 5 cherry tomatoes;

  • - 50 g of grated parmesan;

  • - 200 g canned anchovies;

  • - 16 pitted olives;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 20 capers;

  • - 2 slices of white bread;

  • - 1 bunch of basil;

  • - 3 tbsp. l olive oil;

  • - pepper;

  • - salt.

Finely chop the peeled garlic and a bunch of basil. Cut the crust from white bread, and break the flesh into small pieces. Remove the anchovies from the can, rinse and cut them. For a few seconds, dip the cherry tomatoes in boiling water, remove the peel and cut into halves.

Place all ingredients in one bowl and mix thoroughly. Prepared olives (already pitted) cut in half. Add them and capers to the mixture. Season the appetizer with olive oil, salt and pepper (vary the amount of the last two ingredients to your taste).

Cut the tomatoes in half. Remove all core from them. Lubricate the pan with olive / sunflower oil and put the halves of the tomato. In each place the prepared mixture. Top with grated parmesan. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the appetizer to cook for 15 minutes.
