Focaccia is a traditional Italian bread, it is baked at high temperature, the top is greased with olive oil, sprinkled with salt and herbs. You can add capers, olives, tomatoes, cheese and various spices to the focaccia at your discretion, it turns out to be very airy and aromatic.

Pour 2 cups of water into the dishes, pour in the yeast, mix, set aside for 10 minutes.

After this, add almost all the flour, salt to the bowl, knead the dough. Put it on a surface sprinkled with flour, knead another 10 minutes.

Roll the finished dough into a ball, put in a bowl, cover with a lid, leave to rise for 1.5 hours.

Smear a baking sheet with olive oil, transfer the dough into it. Spread it on a baking sheet, leave it for ten minutes.

Top the dough with olive oil, stick the olives, sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Leave the focaccia in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Poke the dough with your finger in several places, put in a heated oven (250 degrees), cook for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, check the condition of the focaccia, the cake may start to burn, then immediately remove it from the oven. Serve warm.
