Cut the bean curd into rectangles, each of which cut diagonally so that in the end we get triangles. Use paper towels or a towel to remove excess moisture from the cheese and lightly salt it.

Prepare the sauce, for which release the chili peppers from the seeds and chop finely, peel the garlic. All the ingredients for the sauce - chili pepper, garlic, granulated sugar and salt, water, vinegar and tomato paste - thoroughly beat in a blender, achieving uniformity.

In a special wok pan, heat the oil and deep-fried in small portions of tofu until it turns golden. Remove the fried cheese from the butter and place on paper towels or a towel to remove excess fat.

Cool the tofu a bit and make a shallow cut in each bite. Flush the bean sprouts and rinse them with cold water. Wash and chop the cucumber with thin strips. Stuff the tofu with a mixture of cucumber and sprouts and serve warm with hot chili sauce.
