Instruction manual

1

Pour 200 ml of milk into a bowl or small pan, beat eggs, beat in a homogeneous mass with a mixer, gradually pour pancake flour, add salt and sugar, quench soda in a spoon with vinegar, when sizzles - pour into dough, stir so that there are no lumps.

2

Pour the rest of the flour and add the sunflower oil and stir again. The consistency of the dough should look like kefir. Lubricate a heated pan with a piece of bacon or sunflower oil before frying the first pancake. Fry pancakes on both sides.

3

Preparing the filling: clean, wash and cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in vegetable oil. When frying, all moisture should evaporate. Add boiled chicken, chopped into small cubes. Leave to cool. After cooling, add the cheese grated on a coarse grater. Salt to taste. Stir so that all the ingredients are mixed evenly.

4

Preparing the sauce: finely chop the cucumbers (they can be grated on a coarse grater), finely chop the greens (dill and parsley). Add mayonnaise and sour cream, grind the garlic in a garlic press, add to the sauce, salt, mix well, put in a saucepan.

5

In each pancake, add the finished stuffing, wrap the pancakes, arrange them on plates, pour over the sauce. The sauce can be served separately, so that everyone adds to his taste.
