2

To make good marshmallows at home, in a separate pan, combine corn syrup (or sugar), jelly candies, salt, 3/4 cup water and sugar.

3

Put the mixture prepared in the previous step on a small fire and mix constantly until almost all the candies melt. Then reduce the heat and heat the mixture to a slow boil. The cooking temperature can be checked as follows: if you drip part of the mixture into cold water, a lump should form quickly. As soon as you remove it from the water, it should line into a tortilla in your hand after a few seconds. Continue to heat the mixture at that temperature.

4

As soon as you get a thick, homogeneous mixture, extinguish the fire and using a mixer at high speed, beat it with the addition of soaked gelatin. Beat for about 15 minutes (to make homemade marshmallows homogeneous).

Take a shallow rectangular shape and lay parchment paper inside, lightly grease it with oil. Pour into it the thick mixture prepared in the previous step. Distribute it throughout the form evenly and leave to cool for 10-12 hours. After this, home-made marshmallows freeze and can be cut.

6

Sprinkle an even layer of powdered sugar on the desktop. Then put the cured mixture from the mold onto the previously sprinkled icing sugar. At this point, you can beautifully slice the marshmallows at home. You can use a heart-shaped cookie mold or cut out hearts with a knife. After the figures are cut out, cover them with a layer of powdered sugar so that they do not stick together.
