First boil the potatoes until cooked.

Then drain the water, crush the mashed potatoes, add the butter and spices. At the same time, dilute the yeast in warm water and leave for 5 minutes.

Grind oatmeal in a blender.

Add oatmeal, yeast and egg to the cooled mashed potatoes. Knead a not very cool dough, it should stick a little to your hands. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Lay parchment paper on the table, grease with sunflower oil, take a piece of dough and sprinkle a little flour on top.

Mash the dough a little on paper, cover with cling film and roll the rolling pin into a thin layer.

Remove the film and make the circles a glass.

In a deep frying pan over high heat, heat a sufficient amount of sunflower oil and begin to fry the circles. They fry quickly, for about 10-15 seconds on each side. The main thing is not to overcook, otherwise the taste will be lost.

Useful advice
If you want a dietary version of Pringles, bake circles in the oven in parchment paper. It turns out also very tasty. But fried in a pan is still tastier.
