Tobacco chicken is considered a Caucasian dish. The carcass was being prepared in a special pan, which had a special lid. This household utensil was called "topak". This word has undergone a change and in the end it began to sound like "tobacco." Hence the name of the dish, which turns out very, very appetizing.

Previously, the chicken needs to be washed well, if there are remnants of feathers somewhere - remove everything. Dry the carcass.

Cut the chicken along the breast and lay it on a cutting board. With a kitchen hammer, you need to beat the meat well on both sides. Particular attention should be paid to the joints. Ultimately, the carcass should become as flat as possible.

Pass the garlic through the press. We rub the chicken with prepared garlic, salt and pepper. Leave the meat to infuse under the influence of spices for 30 minutes.

The cooking process will require a deep frying pan and a small amount of vegetable oil. We spread the chicken. So that it is well-fried and snug against the bottom, you need to put some kind of load on it. A pot of water is good. We fry one side for 15-20 minutes until a delicious crust appears, then we turn the carcass overturn and fry the second side for the same amount of time.
