Pick your recipe

Idea number 1. Omelette

You will definitely need the following ingredients: eggs (4 pieces); water (100 ml); salt to taste.

Beat the eggs until smooth. As a liquid, you can use milk to make the dish more tender. If you want a thick omelet, add a little flour to the eggs and water (2 teaspoons).

Depending on what is in your refrigerator and what your taste is, you can add other products to the egg mass. Greens, tomatoes, cheese, slices of sausages or cooked sausages, lard, mushrooms and much more are perfect. Do not be afraid to experiment.

Idea number 2. Paste

Almost every person has pasta in the house. But there is a difference between a sticky flour mass and a delicious pasta. First, you must properly boil the pasta. To do this, wait for the water to boil, slightly salt it (usually 1 teaspoon per liter of water) and fill in the pasta.

The standard cooking time is 10 minutes, but it all depends more on the type of pasta that you use. The thinner they are, the cooking time should be shorter. Pasta should not stick and fall apart after cooking. Better if they are slightly hard.

When the pasta is cooked, you can proceed to the next step - the filling. Look again at what you have from the products. Great options for simple toppings are ketchup, tomato paste, olive oil with any good seasoning, butter and cheese, soy sauce. If possible, it’s good to add to the pasta slices of fried minced meat or stew.

Idea number 3. Thin pancakes

You will need: flour (4 cups); eggs (1-2 pieces); water; salt and sugar to taste.

Beat flour, eggs and water until smooth. There should be enough water so that the resulting dough resembles liquid sour cream (11% fat). Drizzle a little vegetable oil in the pan and wait for it to heat. Otherwise, the pancakes will burn during frying. When the pan is ready, tilt it at an angle of 50-60 degrees and start pouring the dough in a thin stream so that it is evenly distributed over the entire area of the pan.

When the thin pancakes are ready, then they can be consumed in this form or cook the filling. Show your imagination again. You can add fried minced meat, cheese with greens, caviar oil or pasta, berries, cottage cheese to pancakes.

I hope that knowing the recipes for these simple dishes will help you not to remain hungry, even if you have not visited a grocery store for a long time.
