Banana and Berry Diet Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp. fresh berries (blackcurrant, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.);

- 1 banana;

- 1 tbsp. low fat drinking yogurt.

It is better to wipe the berry puree from raspberries or blackberries through a fine-mesh sieve so that the smoothie does not turn out "grainy."

Rinse the berries and dry on a paper towel. Put them in a blender bowl and grind into a smoothie. Do the same with a banana, after cutting it into cubes. Combine both fruit masses in one bowl and pour in cold yogurt. Stir everything with a spoon and let stand for 2-3 minutes, then beat, changing the blender nozzle for a cocktail. Pour the smoothies into two tall glasses and serve as a light snack.

Oatmeal Pie with Bananas and Berries

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas;

- 1 tbsp. fresh or frozen berries;

- 1 tbsp. small oatmeal;

- 1 tbsp. milk;

- 1 chicken egg;

- 3 tablespoons liquid honey;

- 0.5 tsp baking powder;

- 0.5 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp. powdered sugar and vanillin.

Cut the bananas into thin circles and place them in a round baking dish covered with foil. Cover them with half a serving of fresh or thawed berries at room temperature. Season with a pinch of cinnamon, pour 1 tbsp. honey, cover with a second sheet of foil and put in an oven preheated to 190oC for 15 minutes.

Combine flakes, baking powder, cinnamon. Remove the baked fruits from the oven, remove the silver paper and sprinkle the hot berries with the dry mixture. Beat in another bowl the egg with milk, vanilla, 2 tbsp. honey and pour into the mold, trying to soak the oatmeal evenly. Put the remaining berries on top and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle it with icing sugar and cut into triangles.
