Then lower each ring into boiling water and cook on each side for 20 seconds. Pull out the rings with a slotted spoon. Spread them immediately on a baking sheet.

Lubricate each ring with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes - until golden brown.
