You will need
- The foundation:
- - 100 g of melted butter;
- - 110 g sugar;
- - 1 tbsp milk;
- - 0.75 tsp vinegar
- - 1 tbsp red food coloring;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 87 g of flour;
- - 3 tablespoons cocoa;
- - a pinch of salt.
- Cheesecake:
- - 225 g of Philadelphia cream cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 40 g of powdered sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Lubricate the shape of 28x8 cm with oil.

Beat softened butter with sugar into a lush creamy mass. Add milk, food coloring, vinegar. In turn, beat the eggs, thoroughly mixing the ingredients until smooth after each.

Sift separately the flour with cocoa and salt and add to the liquid ingredients. Knead and put into shape using a spatula. A little baseline test needs to be left to create patterns.

For a layer of cheesecake, simply beat with a mixer the cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract and an egg until smooth. Spread on top of the red base, gently and evenly distributing with a spatula. Put the remaining dough in drops and create patterns using a splinter or fork.

Send to the hot oven for half an hour. Before figuratively cut portions using cookie cutters, let the product cool completely.
