Beat eggs thoroughly. Slowly drive milk, flour and salt. Mix well. Bake pancakes from the finished dough.

Wash the peaches, remove the peel from them and cut each into small slices. It should turn out 12-14 pieces.

Melt the butter in a pan, add sugar and lightly brown it over low heat. Add peaches and fry them slightly on both sides. Pour peach juice into the pan and simmer the sweet filling for another 3 minutes.

Spread each pancake with peach jam or jam, roll it in a tube and stuff pastries with a few slices of peaches. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with powdered sugar and serve.
