Make sweet coconut sauce. To do this, in a separate container, mix sour cream and one glass of sugar. Beat the ingredients thoroughly into foam using a mixer. Add coconut flakes and mix.

Knead the dough for pancakes made from flour, eggs, sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, butter and vanilla. The mixture should turn out to be a consistency of thick sour cream. Using a spoon, pour a small amount of dough into a hot pan and spread the mixture over its entire surface. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a rosy shade.

Mix cream and milk in a separate container and heat slightly over low heat. Add pieces of chocolate and cocoa powder. Mix the ingredients and bring to a consistency of a homogeneous mass.

Cut bananas into rings. In the middle of each pancake, pour a small amount of coke sauce, put slices of bananas and wrap in an envelope or tube. Pour the workpiece with chocolate cream on top.
